In Massachusetts drunk driving is known as OUI or OUI Drugs. OUI or "operating under the influence" can mean under the influence of alcohol OR drugs. Many people think that you can only be charged with an OUI if you've had "too many drinks." WRONG!!! You can also be charged with what is known as OUI DRUGS!!!
